An independent software studio. Since 2025 we’ve designed, built and launched SaaS, AI and mobile products, and we still run 4 of our own.
(Who we are)
We’re a small studio that builds and runs its own products: VeraTrack, VeraOS, VeraBlitz and VeraUtils. So when we build yours, we build it like owners, for the day after launch as much as launch day.

One small team from the first sketch to the thousandth customer. Pick one piece or the whole thing.
We take a SaaS from idea to paying customers: multi-tenant architecture, subscriptions and trials, role-based access, admin consoles and usage analytics. This is how we built our own products.
From high-converting marketing sites to complex dashboards. We build with React, Next.js and Astro, aim for strong Lighthouse scores, and add structured data so search engines and AI assistants can find you.
Cross-platform apps with React Native, Expo or Flutter that look and feel native: offline support, push notifications, QR scanning, maps and payments, released to the App Store and Google Play.
We add LLM features that save people real time: AI-assisted data mapping, document extraction, smart assistants, WhatsApp bots and workflow automation, all built on Claude and other leading models with proper guardrails.
Money software has to be correct. We build double-entry ledgers, stored-value wallets, gift cards, loyalty engines, settlement and reconciliation, and integrate payment gateways and UPI.
We replace spreadsheets and disconnected tools with one system: custom ERP on Frappe and ERPNext, CRMs, inventory, invoicing and back-office dashboards.
Containerised services, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and infrastructure as code on AWS, DigitalOcean or Cloudflare, so releases are routine and outages are rare.
(How it works)
No surprises: a fixed scope, something working every week, and the engineers on your calls.
A free call to understand your goals, users and constraints. You get a clear scope, timeline and fixed quote.
Flows, wireframes and a clickable prototype, so you see the product before a line of code is written.
Weekly releases you can try yourself, with a shared board, demo calls and no surprises.
Store releases, SEO, monitoring and ongoing iteration based on real usage.
Something else? Ask us directly.
It depends on scope. After a free discovery call we send a fixed quote broken into milestones, so you know the total before we start. A marketing website takes days, an MVP typically takes weeks, and a full platform is planned in phases.
Most MVPs take 4 to 10 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on the feature set and integrations. You get a working build to try every week.
Yes. Once the project is paid for, the source code, designs and IP belong to you. We can also work under your NDA from the first call.
Yes. We are a remote-first team working with clients across time zones, with overlap hours for calls and async updates the rest of the day.
We offer monthly support and growth retainers covering monitoring, fixes, new features, app store updates and SEO, or a clean handover to your team with documentation.
Yes. We start with a short code and infrastructure audit, then stabilise, modernise or extend the product without a risky rewrite.
